Call for Exhibition

ICCV is now regarded as the best academic international conference in the area of computer vision all over the world, in which academic researchers and industrial developers on computer vision and pattern recognition meet together seeking for the state of the art technologies. The ICCV2009 steering committee is announcing the opportunities for exhibitions, where products (system, hardware, software, license, and books) and services can be presented as well as research results. Commercial companies, research institutes, publishers, and research projects are welcomed to exhibit at ICCV2009. Exhibiting at ICCV2009 will enhance a presence of your organization and projects to this field and increase advantages of research activity promotion, products sales, service sales, licensing opportunities and recruiting.

ICCV2009 will provide exhibitors with:

• Exhibit space, in a special area of the conference venue at Kyoto International Conference Center.
• Some materials such as tables (1400mm width), two chairs, poster boards (1800mm width), and electric power (AC100V/60Hz 5A max).
• Other resources are negotiable with additional cost upon exhibitor's request.

The fee will be JPY200,000, which includes a space with basic facilities and the registration fee until two persons. Contact the exhibit chair for more details.

Submission requirements

Companies and organizations wishing to exhibit at ICCV2009 are asked to submit a letter or e-mail of intends with the following information:

1. Exhibitor's name and a short description of the company or the group
2. A description of the products, services, or activities to be exhibited
3. Any special requirements including additional space, facilities

All requests should be submitted by electronic mail to the industrial liaison chairs (see below) no later than February 25, 2009.

Important dates

• Exhibits Registration Deadline: February 25, 2009
• ICCV2009 Exhibits: September 29 - October 2, 2009 (at the main conference at Kyoto International Conference Center)

Note: If you consider to exhibit on September 27-28 October 3-4 at workshop venue at Kyoto University, please let us know.
